To completely reset the electronics of the camper, you need to turn off and then back on the red main power switch. This can often fix technical issues.
You can find the red switch in the trunk at the fuse box on the left side of your camper. To operate the switch (see Image 1), you need to turn it 90 degrees to the left. Then, the display on it should show "Off". After 30 seconds, you can reset the switch to its original position, and the onboard computer should work again.
Please make sure you are not connected to shore power during this process and that the parking heater and water boiler are turned off.
