California Support: Water is not draining

Modified on Tue, 12 Nov at 4:11 PM

If the water in your sink does not drain, it usually means your vehicle is not completely level and the water can no longer drain through the drainage system. Try driving around and stop on a flat surface. Now everything should work again as usual. Please also make sure that the waste water tank is not full. In cold temperatures, it is possible that the contents are freezing. If this is the case, please make sure to turn on the heating.

If this still does not help and the tank is not frozen, you can put the drain stopper into the sink and let it  fill up with water.

Once you remove the drain stopper the water should be draining as ususal due to the high pressure. Please do **not** use a plunger if you think the basin is blocked. This could damage the pipes and, in the worst case, the entire water system would have to be replaced.
