The service fee, in addition to the daily rental price, is a one-time charge of €95 or €120 (depending on the vehicle size) per rental. It includes the following services:
Comprehensive briefing at the handover location
Operating fluids such as motor oil, AdBlue, and gas
Exterior cleaning of the camper
Our telephone and written support before and during the trip
If you were not satisfied with our service, you can easily request a refund of the service fee.
