If the power and outlets in your California are not working, follow these steps:
- Check if the shore power is connected.
- Verify if all the fuses in the white fuse box in the rear left trunk are intact.
If the outlets still do not work:
- Ensure that the extension cord is properly connected.
- Test the functionality of the extension cord:
- Press the red safety button on the extension cord.
- Plug your phone into the vehicle socket of the extension cord and check if it charges. (Alternatively, you can use a hairdryer or other electronic devices.)
- Borrow an extension cord from neighbors and test it. (If the spare cord works, contact us.)
- Check the voltage converter under the driver's seat. However, make sure to inspect the cable for damage beforehand. The cable might get damaged due to the movement of the seat.
