Oslo Support: Power and Sockets

Modified on Fri, 20 Sep at 2:44 PM

In your Oslo camper, you have access to various power outlets. Please note that the 230-volt outlets will only work when the vehicle is connected to shore power.

To use the electrical system in the camper, you must first activate the power through the control panel located above the entrance door. Through this panel, you can also check the current battery level as well as the fresh and grey water tank levels. In the upper left corner of the panel, there is an indicator showing whether the camper is currently connected to shore power.

If you experience electrical issues, you can check the RCD switch and fuses in the fuse box. The fuse box is located behind the bathroom, under the bed.

Check if the RCD switch is active.

In the image, it can be seen in the white box on the right side.

If a specific function in the camper, such as lighting, sockets, or the refrigerator, isn't working, check the corresponding fuse. You will find the fuses in the box on the left side of the image. The fuses are labeled with symbols indicating their respective functions.

Important Note:

To avoid damage to the electrical system, always turn off the ignition, lights, and all electrical devices before replacing a fuse. Also, remove the vehicle key from the ignition. Never use a fuse with a higher amperage than specified, as this can cause further damage to the electrical system.

Ensure that the fuse boxes are protected from dirt and moisture, as both can cause damage to the electrical system.
