Modified on Thu, 20 Jun at 3:34 PM

The auxiliary heater in your Tessin can be conveniently controlled via the Truma control panel, which you will find right next to the entrance door. The accompanying picture explains the various functions:

To Use the Heater:

Open the Gas Bottle: Turn on the gas bottle, which is necessary for the heater to function.

Open the Safety Valve: Open the safety valve located in the drawer under the sink.

Heating Water Only: If you only want to heat water, expect a heating time of about 30 minutes.

Heating with the Boiler: If you are using the heater in combination with the water boiler, it may take up to 80 minutes to reach the desired temperature.

Indicators on the Control Panel:

Operating Indicator: A lit light on the control dial indicates that the heater is in operation.

Boiler Heating Phase: A yellow LED light signifies the boiler heating phase.

Error Indicator: A red LED light, whether solid or blinking, indicates a malfunction. If this occurs, please contact us. Provide details about the LED's behavior, such as whether it is blinking and the blink intervals or the color of the LED. This information will help us to diagnose the issue more accurately.
