Can Additional Drivers Be Registered After Pickup?

To ensure insurance coverage for the vehicle, we require all drivers' licenses in the original at the time of pickup. It is not possible to submit the licenses on a different day or at another of our locations. We also cannot accept copies or videos. This requirement is mandated by the insurance company and must be fulfilled during the pickup process, as the licenses need to be recorded in the handover protocol.
