Do I have to personally pick up my camper?

If you are listed as the main tenant, you must be present in person during pickup and present a valid identification document along with your driver's license.


If you are unable to collect the camper yourself, we offer the option to transfer the booking to another person up to 48 hours before the start of the journey. This change must be requested in writing by you as the main tenant using the email address provided at the time of booking and stating the booking number.


The message must include the following details of the new main tenant:

First and last name, address, date of birth, telephone number, and email address.


Please note that name changes cannot be made within 48 hours before the start of the journey.
