What do I have to consider when returning the camper?

To ensure everything goes smoothly when you return your camper, we’ve put together a short checklist for you. Please allow approximately 20 minutes for the return process.


Punctuality: Be on time for your scheduled return at the station (see your booking confirmation).

Refueling: Please return the camper with a full fuel tank. Other consumables such as engine oil and AdBlue (except for vehicles from the PSA group) must also be refilled.

Emptying Tanks:

  • Fresh water and grey water tanks must be emptied at a designated station*.

  • The toilet cassette must also be emptied and cleaned at a designated station*.

Interior Cleaning: If you have not booked the interior cleaning service, please:

  • Wipe down all surfaces

  • Switch off, clean, and leave the fridge door open

  • Clean all kitchen utensils

  • Remove dirt from any provided equipment

  • Take all personal belongings with you

  • Remove dirt and hair from the floor, seats, and mattress


Waste Disposal: Please dispose of all waste properly before returning the vehicle. We do not offer waste disposal on site.

Exterior Cleaning: We will take care of the exterior cleaning—please do not take the camper through a car wash, as this may cause damage.
