The S6 (direction Haar) and U2 (direction Messestadt Ost) stop at the station every 20 and 10 minutes, respectively.
From the city center (Marienplatz), take any S-Bahn heading towards Hauptbahnhof and transfer to the S6 or U2 there.
From the airport: Take the S1 or S8 to Hauptbahnhof and transfer to the S6 or U2.
