What happens in the case of a traffic violation?

In case of a traffic violation or offense, we receive the notification. Once we have identified the renter, we provide the contact information of the renter to the relevant authorities and forward the ticket to the person involved.


For processing a ticket (e.g., speeding, illegal parking, non-payment of tolls), we charge a processing fee of €29.00. This invoice will be attached to the email containing the ticket.
