Camper Subscription: Can I cancel my contract before the start of the subscription?

Yes, we offer a cancellation option:

If you cancel at least 60 days before the agreed-upon rental start date, the cancellation is free of charge, and any payments made will be refunded. The subscription fee of €169 is an exception and will always be charged in case of cancellation.

For cancellations made less than 60 days before the agreed rental start date, the following costs apply: For a contracted duration of up to 3 months, you'll need to pay one monthly subscription rate and the one-time subscription fee of €169. For a contracted duration of 4 months or more, two monthly subscription rates and the one-time subscription fee will be charged.
