I have been charged toll fees from other customers by the authorities. What can I do?

If you have been charged toll fees by Epass24 or a foreign authority that are not attributed to you, it is likely because you have not properly logged out of your account, and the subsequent renters have not registered correctly. In this case, we would first ask you to log out of your account on the respective toll service and ideally get confirmation of this.


We are happy to assist you in resolving this matter, but we will need your cooperation. We will require an official invoice with the exact date (day, month, year), the license plate involved, and the amount in Euros.


It is not sufficient to provide a general invoice, as it often does not specify a specific date but only the overall month. In such cases, we cannot determine which customers are responsible for which fees. Due to data protection reasons, we cannot access information from random accounts on your behalf, so we kindly ask you to provide the necessary details.


Once you provide the required information, we will be happy to assist in settling the invoice or getting the costs refunded to you.
