If water is leaking from your vehicle, first check to ensure that both the fresh water tank and the grey water tank are closed. The corresponding levers are located in the service hatch on the driver's side. There, you will find two grey levers, one with a blue sticker and one with a brown sticker. Make sure both levers are closed.
If water continues to leak, the frost protection device may have been triggered. Here are some steps to resolve the issue:
The frost protection device is activated when temperatures are too low, to prevent the vehicle's pipes from freezing. This is a normal safety precaution.
You can find the frost protection device somewhat hidden in the garage behind a white cover.
To reset the frost protection device, turn the blue wheel by 90 degrees until it clicks into place, and press the blue button at the bottom. This will reseal the pipes, and the water system can be used normally again.
If the frost protector has not been triggered, you will also find a valve behind it. Make sure this valve is also closed. Additionally, behind the lever for the grey water tank, there is another valve. Check this valve as well and ensure it is closed.
