If you're experiencing issues with the electricity in your Uppsala or Malmö, here are some things you can check:
Is the leisure battery sufficiently charged? You can view this on the display by holding down the "Check" button, which will show you all the charge levels.
Is the red main switch on? You'll find this outside, on the side of the driver's door, behind a flap.
Has the RCD (Residual Current Device) tripped? This is located under the rear seat. If it has tripped, flip it back on.
Ensure the extension reel is properly connected and check it for functionality:
Press the red reset button on the extension reel.
Plug your phone into the vehicle connection of the extension reel to see if it charges (alternatively, you can use a hair dryer or other electronic devices to test).
Borrow an extension reel from a neighbor and test it (if the replacement reel works, please contact us).
