If you notice water leaking from your vehicle, start by checking that both the fresh water and grey water tanks are properly sealed. For the fresh water tank, please lift the mattress in the rear trunk area and remove the cover. Beneath it, you'll find a black turn-wheel that you can tighten.
You'll find the grey water tank's closure on the passenger side, behind the sliding door, marked by a symbol. Ensure both tanks are securely closed.
If water continues to leak, it could be due to the activation of the frost protection device. This safety mechanism is triggered at low temperatures to prevent the pipes from freezing. You can locate it under the rear seat. Release the cushion by undoing the Velcro at the bottom and lifting the seat. The frost protection device has a blue switch; turn it 90 degrees and then press the blue button at the front to reactivate it and reseal the boiler.
