If the electricity in your camper isn't working, first ensure that you have activated both the equipment switch and the main power switch.

If that's already done, then proceed with the following checks:

Ensure the extension reel is properly connected.

Test the functionality of the extension reel:

Press the red reset button on the extension reel.

Plug your phone into the vehicle connection of the extension reel and check if it charges (alternatively, you can use a hairdryer or other electronic devices to test).

Borrow an extension reel from a neighbor and test it (if the replacement reel works, please contact us).
