Lulea Support: Water System

Modified on Fri, 23 Aug at 2:27 PM

If the water system in your Lulea is experiencing issues, first check if there is enough water in the tank and that the waste water tank is not full. You can check the current levels on the display near the entrance door. Also, make sure that the power is turned on, as the water pump will not function without electricity.

Next, try running water from the taps in both the kitchen area and the bathroom to see if water flows or if there is any leakage.

If no water flows, listen for a humming sound from the water pump. If you don’t hear this sound, the water pump might be faulty, or a fuse might have blown.

In this case, check the fuse for the water pump. The fuses are located in the cabinet under the refrigerator, and the fuse for the pump is labeled.*

If the fuse is blown, you can purchase a replacement fuse at a hardware store or sometimes at gas stations. Keep the receipt so we can reimburse you after your return.

If the pump hums continuously, turn off the camper unit for a few minutes and then turn it back on. Make sure both taps are fully closed.

*Note:

To avoid damage to the vehicle’s electrical system, always turn off the ignition, lights, and all electrical devices, and remove the vehicle key from the ignition before replacing a fuse.

Replacing a fuse with a higher-rated one can cause damage elsewhere in the electrical system.

Opened fuse boxes must be protected from dirt and moisture. Dirt and moisture in the fuse boxes can cause damage to the electrical system.
