Wales Pilote Support: Water Leakage Under the Vehicle

If you notice water leaking from under your vehicle, follow these steps:

Check the Fresh Water Tank:

The fresh water tank is located in the trunk on the driver's side under a flap.

Verify if the screw cap found there is properly closed.

Check the Grey Water Tank:

The grey water tank cap is located outside on the passenger side under the sliding door.

Ensure the lever is correctly positioned and the tank is securely closed.

Check the Frost Guard:

The frost guard activates to protect the pipes from freezing when the temperatures inside the camper are too low.

In your camper van, the frost guard is located under the rear seat bench.

To reset the frost guard:

Turn the blue dial 90 degrees until it clicks into place.

Press the blue button at the bottom. This button is on the outside and can be hard to see, but it must be pressed to fully close the system. There is a cut-out on the outside of the rear seat bench to access the button and operate it.
