Wales Innovan Support: Water Leakage Under the Vehicle

Modified on Fri, 1 Mar at 2:32 PM

If you notice water leaking from your vehicle, the first step is to ensure that both the fresh water and the grey water tanks are securely closed.

To check the fresh water tank, go to the rear of your vehicle on the passenger side. Lift the mattress there and open the flap underneath to access the tank cap.

For the grey water tank, there's a specific handle within the vehicle for opening or closing the tank. The grey water tank is located outside on the driver's side, level with the rear tire.

Make sure to securely store the handle after use and avoid attaching it to the exterior of the vehicle, especially while driving, to prevent loss.

If water continues to leak, it's possible that the frost protection device has been triggered. This mechanism prevents the pipes from freezing at low temperatures and is an important safety feature.

You'll find the frost protection device under the rear seat, marked by a sticker on the seat itself. To reset the frost protection device, turn the blue wheel 90 degrees until it clicks into place, then press the blue button at the bottom of the device. This will reseal the water pipes and restore the water system of your vehicle to operational status.
