Bergen Support: Important Safety Instructions for Roof Bed

Modified on Wed, 24 Jul at 9:24 AM

To properly operate the roof bed in your Vanexxt Campervan, there are a few safety instructions to follow:

Important: Incorrect setup can lead to severe damage to the roof bed/vehicle and increase the risk of injury to users (the sleeping surface may collapse)!

To set up the roof bed, it is important to consider a few things to ensure safety in the bed:

The roof bed is designed for a maximum load of 200 kg.

To set up the sleeping surface, you will find a strap under the mattress at the front edge of the sleeping surface. You must use this strap to pull down the sleeping surface of the bed; otherwise, there is a risk of incorrect setup of the sleeping surface.

After you have folded down the sleeping surface, please test whether the sleeping surface is even and rests without wobbling on the two support surfaces on the right and left.
