The release of the deposit, if it was placed with a credit card, is an automated process. When picking up the camper, the deposit is only blocked and automatically released in case of no damage. However, this process can take four to six weeks after the return of your camper. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this, as it is a processing period set by the respective credit institutions, and we ask for your patience.
Please note that some banks may not show the release as a return in "+ xx €" but only remove the reservation of "- xx €" from your online banking. If the amount has not been released after 6 weeks, please feel free to contact us with evidence of the transaction through our contact form.
If the deposit was paid with a debit card, the refund may take up to 6 weeks after the return, as the deposit needs to be manually transferred back. We appreciate your understanding.
