If the diesel auxiliary heating in your camper does not work, please first check whether your tank is still more than a quarter full and whether you have set the mode to `diesel mode`. If you previously operated the heating via shore power, it does not switch over automatically.If the heater still does not work, please open the cover under the rear seat. Here you will find a display. To activate the display, press the black button once. If it shows an error code, please check if any of the following are present:
VW Grand California 600/680 Support: Diesel heater not working - Error code 133H
VW Grand California 600/680 Support: Diesel heater not working - Error code W162H
VW Grand California 600/680 Support: Diesel heater not working - Error code E160H
If you get a different error code, you can try resetting the heating system itself. To do this, activate the display under the rear seat and then turn the black knob until a screw symbol flashes. Confirm once (press the button) and continue turning until you reach `Reset` (see picture) and confirm again.
