What are the cancellation conditions?

We offer you three different cancellation options, from which you can freely choose when making your booking.

Standard Option (included):

With our Standard Option, which is always included, you will receive a full refund of the deposit amount up to 50 days before the start of your trip.

Between 49 days and 48 hours before the start of your trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total rental price. The remaining 50% will be issued to you as a voucher. You can redeem this voucher for your next booking. It cannot be applied to the existing booking.

Within 48 hours, 100% cancellation fees will be retained.

Flex50 Option:

With our Flex50 Option, you will receive a full refund of the deposit amount up to 50 days before the start of your trip.

Between 49 days and 48 hours before the start of your trip, we will refund 50% of the total rental price and issue a voucher for the remaining 50%. You can redeem this voucher for your next booking. It cannot be applied to the existing booking.

Within 48 hours, 100% cancellation fees will be retained.

The costs for the Flex50 Option are not refundable in case of cancellation within 50 days.

Flex100 Option:

With our Flex100 Option, we will refund the total rental price in case of cancellation up until the start of your trip.

The costs for the Flex100 Option are not refundable in case of cancellation within 50 days.
