If your camper requires an oil service, please report this to our customer service so that we can schedule the service after your trip.
If the vehicle needs oil and indicates this, we recommend refilling with the following engine oil: 5w30 VW Standard 507 00. You can find a list of all approved oils for VW vehicles at this link:

Please refill no more than 500 ml of oil, keep the receipt, and bring it with you when you return the vehicle so that we can reimburse you for the costs.
