If the water in your Malaga or Bilbao isn't working, first ensure that the water tank is adequately filled and the onboard battery has sufficient charge. Additionally, you must turn on the water pump via the display above the entrance door before use.
If the levels are adequate and the pump is activated on the display, check if there's a humming sound when you open a tap. If there's no humming, it could be due to a blown fuse or a faulty water pump. In that case, please contact us so we can discuss the next steps.
