On your Sylt, you will find two external hatches. Behind the right hatch is the toilet cassette, and the left one conceals the water system.
In the hatch for the water system, there is a red button to empty the grey water tank. Important: The electronics on the display next to the entrance door must be activated to drain the grey water. Simply press the button down to start draining and up again after it’s done. You will hear a noise while it is draining, and the wastewater will flow out near the rear entry under the vehicle.
To empty the fresh water, you need to go inside the vehicle and remove the panel between the rear bench and the kitchen area. Underneath, you will find a grey valve. Open this valve to drain the fresh water.
