It might happen that the radio display turns on as soon as you activate the equipment switch.
Since the radios in the vehicles vary, there are different ways to turn off the display:
On/Off Button:
Some radios have a On/Off button at the bottom or a round button to the left of the display. Press this button to turn off the display.
No On/Off Button:
If your radio doesn't have a On/Off button, follow these steps:
- Access the main menu by pressing the button at the top left.
- Select the second button on the top left (Navi).
- Open the menu by clicking on the arrow on the display.
- A menu with various options in large text will appear.
- Scroll all the way down and select the "Power Off" option to deactivate the display.
