Issues with the Extension Reel

If your camper is not charging from shore power, it could be due to the extension reel or the campsite's electrical supply. Follow these steps:

Check Connections:

Ensure that the extension reel is properly connected to both the camper and the campsite's power outlet.

Test the Extension Reel:

Press the red safety button on the extension reel (if available).

Plug your phone into the vehicle outlet of the extension reel and check if it charges. Alternatively, you can use a hairdryer or another electronic device.

If the phone or alternative device does not charge, the issue might be with the campsite's power supply or the extension reel itself.

In this case, borrow an extension reel from a neighbor and test it. If the replacement reel works, please contact us.
