Behaviour in case of an accident: Accident with third parties (with injury)

If you are involved in an accident with third parties, please remain calm and follow these steps:

1. Secure the accident scene.
2. Ensure your own safety and wear a reflective vest.
3. Call the police.
4. Fill out the accident report (found in the glove compartment) and have it signed by all parties involved (Insurance may deny coverage without the report!).
5. Document your accident thoroughly with sufficient photos of the vehicle damage. Please inform us about the incurred damage and send us the accident report, along with all photos and data about the accident, immediately after the incident to info@off-campers.com or through our contact form.

If the vehicle is no longer roadworthy or safe due to the damage, please contact the corresponding mobility guarantee.
