Behavior in case of an accident: Accident with third parties (no personal injury):

If you are involved in an accident with a third party, please remain calm at first and act step by step:

1. secure the accident site

2. observe self-protection and put on high-visibility vest

3. fill out the accident report (in the glove compartment) and have it signed by all parties involved in the accident (the signature is very important!)

4. send all information collected to your location (email see service card in the vehicle)

In case of doubt and if you are unsure or the question of guilt cannot be clearly clarified, you can of course also call in the police. However, if everything is clear and the accident report has been signed by all parties involved, calling the police is not absolutely necessary.

If the vehicle is no longer roadworthy or roadworthy due to the damage caused, please contact the relevant mobility guarantee. The emergency service will tell you what to do. Please have your vehicle registration document (sun visor on the left) ready.
