If you are unable to make it at the agreed-upon time, please inform us as soon as possible by phone or email. Kindly understand that this may result in waiting times.
In the event that you cannot arrive on time within our operating hours, we may need to consider rescheduling the handover to the next day and have to charge the extra day.
Additionally, for each hour of delay, there may be additional charges of €50.
