Can I reschedule, rebook, or modify my reservation?

You can reschedule, rebook, or modify your reservation free of charge up to 50 days before the rental start date. If the new rental price is lower than the originally agreed total rental price, we will refund the difference to you. If the price increases due to the booking change, the difference must be paid by you before picking up the camper.

For changes made between 50 days and 48 hours before the agreed-upon rental start date, the following conditions apply based on the chosen cancellation option:

Standard Option:

If you haven't added any of our Flex options, rescheduling is free as long as the total rental price does not decrease. If the total rental price decreases due to the rescheduling, the difference will be divided as follows: 50% voucher and 50% rescheduling fee.

Flex50 Option:

If you chose our Flex50 Option, rescheduling is free. If the total rental price decreases due to the rescheduling, the difference will be divided as follows: 50% voucher and 50% refund.

Flex100 Option:

If you chose our Flex100 Option, rescheduling is free. If the total rental price decreases due to the rescheduling, the difference will be refunded at 100%.

If you want to modify your booking within 48 hours before the trip or during your trip, the following conditions apply:

Standard Option:

If you selected the Standard Option for your booking and the total rental price of the modified booking is lower than the originally agreed total rental price, we will retain the difference. If the originally confirmed total rental price increases, we will charge you the additional amount.

Flex50 Option:

If you chose the Flex50 Option for your booking and the total rental price of the modified booking is lower than the originally agreed total rental price, we will retain the difference. If the originally confirmed total rental price increases, we will charge you the additional amount.

Flex100 Option:

If you selected our Flex100 Option during the booking, modification is free of charge. If the total rental price decreases due to the modification, the difference will be refunded to you at 100%, and an additional amount will be invoiced to you for any increase.
