If you have caused damage to the vehicle without third parties involved, please document your accident carefully with sufficient photos of the damage to the vehicle. Please also inform your location immediately. You will find the email address on the service card in the center console.
If the vehicle is no longer roadworthy or drivable due to the damage caused, please contact the appropriate mobility guarantee. The emergency service will tell you what to do. Please have your vehicle registration document (sun visor on the left) ready.
