The formerly green insurance cards in printed form are no longer available. The Green Card is actually called the "International Insurance Card for Motor Vehicles." It serves as proof that the vehicle is covered by motor liability insurance when traveling abroad. Typically, when reporting a claim, it is sufficient to provide the insurance number, date of first registration, and vehicle model from the vehicle registration certificate.
Carrying the insurance card is now mandatory in only a few countries. In our coverage area, this applies to the countries of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, and Serbia.
If you need the form, you can contact our customer service, and we will send you the blank form of the International Insurance Card, which you can print out. You only need to add the missing data from the vehicle registration certificate when picking it up.
