I booked with Off until 12 PM on January 29, 2024, what cancellation conditions apply to me?

The cancellation conditions that were in effect at the time of your booking still apply to you. 

Cancellation up to 60 days before the agreed rental start is free of charge. We will refund the entire deposit amount.

For a cancellation between 60 days and 48 hours before the agreed rental start, you will receive a value voucher for the already paid deposit amount. The voucher is valid for 3 years. It cannot be redeemed for cash.

For a cancellation less than 48 hours before the agreed rental start, the full total rental price including agreed extras must be paid. There is no entitlement to rescheduling or a value voucher.
