Beach Support: Cooler Box

If your cooler box in the Beach is not working (PlugIn Festival Cooler Box), please check if an error message is displayed. The following errors may occur:


F1: Battery Protection (Over or Under Voltage) - Check the power supply (Are you connected to mains power and do you have sufficient battery?) or change the battery protection level.

F2: Fan Safety Shutdown - Check the fan and the ventilation openings, and make sure the fan can rotate freely and is not dirty.

F3: Protection Mode for Frequently Used Compressor - Disconnect the device from the power supply and let it cool down.

F4: Overload of the Cooling System - Disconnect the device from the power supply and let it cool down. Otherwise, contact our customer service.

F5: Too High Cooling System or Ambient Temperature - As with F4.

F6: Hardware Failure - Disconnect the device and report it to our customer service.

F7: Temperature Sensor Error (Short Circuit) - As with F6.

F8: Temperature Sensor Error (No Connection) - As with F6.
