If you're experiencing issues with the auxiliary heating in your camper, check the Truma display for any error messages. Various error codes can appear:
Error Code E412: If this code is displayed, it means that the small window above the dining table is not properly closed. Close the window, confirm the error on the display, and the auxiliary heating should work again.
Error Code E507H: This error code indicates that the gas bottle is either empty or not properly vented. First, press the black button on the gas bottle in the trunk and check if there is still gas in the bottle. If the gas is empty, you can obtain a new gas bottle and submit the receipt to us. Then confirm the error on the display, and the auxiliary heating should work again.
Error Code E517H: This error code signifies that one of the gas valves is still closed. You can find these valves in the kitchen unit. Once you have opened the valve, confirm the error on the display, and the auxiliary heating should work again.
