If you're experiencing issues with the auxiliary heating, ensure that the diesel tank is sufficiently filled or that you are connected to shore power. If the heater still doesn't work, try completely turning off the power.
To do this, exit the vehicle and go to the driver's side, near the driver's seat. Beneath it, you'll find a battery block with fuses and a small switch ("On/Off"). Please turn this off, wait for a minute, and then turn it back on. This should perform a reset. Now, try to restart the auxiliary heating.
