If the water in the camper is not working, first check if you indeed have enough water in the tank (for hygiene reasons, the camper is not delivered with a filled freshwater tank). If you have enough water in the tank, then please check the following:
Is the water pump working?
You can tell if the water pump is working by a humming sound at the head of the kitchenette at the level of the bed. If the pump is running, please refer to the article Water pump is running, but no water is coming out.
If the water pump is not working (you don't hear any humming), please refer to the article Water pump is not working.
Finally, you can try resetting the onboard electronics. For this, please refer to the article Hard Reset.
