You can extend and retract the step using a switch located on the kitchen unit. Please ensure the step is clean before retracting it. A quick sweep before retracting can prevent damage or blockages.
If the step fails to operate, you can check the fuse for the step. The fuses are located under a cover, which you can find by lifting the mattress next to the wet cell. The fuse for the step is the yellow 20-amp fuse.
