Wales Innovan Support: Handbrake and Reverse Gear

Modified on Fri, 1 Mar at 2:19 PM

To engage reverse gear, lift the ring under the gearshift knob and then move the gear lever to the forward-left position.

The handbrake is designed to allow you to rotate the driver's seat without hitting it. This is why it retracts back to the floor when engaged, which may give the impression that it is not applied or not working. To release the handbrake, follow these steps:

Lift the handbrake and press the button at the front.

Keep the button pressed and pull the handbrake up.

Lower the handbrake while keeping the button pressed.

The handbrake should now be released.
